"I was left wondering what was going on"
I barely got any updates about my order, so I kept thinking, okay… should I ask again or just wait? In the end, I had to keep reaching out myself to find out what was happening, which got frustrating.
"Just didn’t feel right"
I wanted to like Friendly Diamonds. Really did. But the whole experience felt off. Communication was slow. Not super clear either. I kept second guessing my order and that made it stressful. Maybe other people had a better experience. For me, though, it didn’t feel worth it. I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again

"Delivery was hit or miss"
My order did show up, but it was late. It was fine once it got here, so not a total disaster, but the whole thing felt a little unreliable. I also don’t really buy the polished “we value your experience” type updates companies send when the delivery is clearly behind. Just tell me what’s actually going on.

"Just not worth what they charge"
I really don’t think this was worth the price. For what I paid, I expected way better quality, but it just felt cheap. The quality wasn’t great, the price felt too high, and the whole thing just didn’t feel like a good value. I kept thinking it should be better for the money, but it really wasn’t

"Pretty Ring, But the Wait Wore Me Down"
The ring itself looks nice and I’m happy with how it turned out, but the whole process took longer than I was originally told. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, I just got tired of having to wait and wonder what was going on. A quicker update here and there would’ve made it a lot less frustrating

I reached out to aftercare expecting them to actually help me with my warranty issue, but it felt like a waste of my time. I didn’t get any useful support, and I was left dealing with the problem myself

"Felt a bit like a bait and switch"
I went in thinking the sourcing would be clear and straightforward, but once I started asking where the diamonds actually come from, the answers felt kind of vague. Maybe everything is totally fine, but it gave me that bait-and-switch feeling where the site makes you feel confident at first, then the details get fuzzy when it matters. "Shipping was way too slow"
Shipping took a lot longer than I expected. The website made it sound like the order would move quickly, but it basically just sat there with hardly any updates.
I kept having to check on it myself, which got frustrating. I get that delays happen, but common sense says you should at least keep customers informed. By the time it finally shipped, the whole experience was already stressful, and I wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something on time.

Placing the order was simple overall, but the checkout took longer than I expected. I thought it would be quick, and instead I ended up feeling a little stressed just waiting for everything to go through.

The ring arrived safely and the box was fine, so no real issue there. I just expected the packaging to feel a bit more special for the price. It wasn’t damaged or anything, but the overall presentation felt plain. I also wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next after receiving it, so clearer next steps would’ve been nice.

"Crooked setting and rough finish"
I was disappointed with this. The stone looked crooked as soon as I took a closer look, and the edges felt rough instead of nicely finished. When I brought it up, I felt like I was being talked down to, like I just didn’t understand what I was looking at. Overall, it didn’t feel like the quality I expected

Ordering was super easy, and the ring looked really nice when it arrived. But the fit was, hmm, a bit tighter than I expected. I used their size guide, so I’m not totally sure where it went wrong. Ended up having to get it adjusted locally, which wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Overall not a bad experience, just wish the sizing had been more accurate.

The setting options were decent, but I found the filtering a bit confusing. Compared to other sites I’ve used, it wasn’t as easy to narrow things down, and some of the styles looked so similar that I had a hard time telling them apart.

The diamond selection was decent, and the site was easy enough to use, but I was hoping to see more options in my price range. I think other customers shopping on a budget might feel the same way, there are some good choices, just not as many as I expected.

Customer service did get back to me, but it usually took a couple days each time. They were friendly when they replied, which I appreciated, but I definitely wish the responses had been quicker while my order was going through.

I wasn’t happy with the consultation. It felt really rushed, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were fully heard. The whole thing kind of worked when it wanted to, some parts were helpful, but most of it felt hurried and inconsistent.

The payment options were annoying. I was hoping for something more manageable since I’m careful about what I spend, but the financing terms just weren’t good and made the whole thing feel less worth it

"Return was fine, but also kind of a hassle"
I had to return my ring, and the process was okay, but also slower than I was hoping. Customer support was friendly and helpful, so I can’t really complain too much, but the refund still took longer than expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t feel super smooth either. I’d probably shop here again, just wish they gave better updates during returns.

I expected a lot more help, especially for something this expensive. The staff didn’t really seem sure how to answer my questions, and the answers I got felt rushed and kind of vague. I left more confused than when I came in. On top of that, the thing works when it wants, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.
